I specialise in real estate copywriting, both onsite (going to the property) and offsite (writing remotely). For real estate copywriting, turnaround time is within 24 hours, or faster with a priority fee (subject to availability).

For real estate work I offer a fixed rate for onsite and offsite work. Just ask!
For other writing jobs I can charge by hour or by project, depending on the scope of the work.
For real estate copywriting, turnaround times are officially 24 hours from the initial appointment however in most cases you’ll have the proof either the same day or by 10am the next day.
I have an ABN and am GST registered and will invoice you at the end of the job/month. I also have public liability insurance in case of any mishaps onsite.

In the real estate world, I’m friendly yet professional onsite, mindful of representing your brand and working in collaboration with you and your team. Vendors find me easy to talk to as I ask the relevant questions about their home. I’m usually onsite for around 30 minutes, depending on the size of the property.
For offsite copywriting, just send me the photos, floorplan and any relevant info and I can do the rest. If there’s anything else I need to know I’ll give you a call.
Other than that, what you see is what you get. I value clear communication and will take my time to truly understand what you need. If my work doesn’t meet your expectations then I’ll keep communicating until we get it right.

That’s your call, but you will probably waste more time negotiating with Mr ChatGPT than you would just telling me what you need and letting me take care of it.
Honestly, this technology will revolutionise the industry but it’s not there yet. I have over 15 years’ experience in not only writing about real estate but viewing properties in Sydney - there is no substitute for this level of on the job knowledge.
For non real estate writing, most people know what they want to communicate, they just have trouble putting it into words. I have plenty of experience extrapolating what you (a client) may want to say and getting it down on the page.
